Sean has over 20 years’ experience as an urban planner. Sean’s career has primarily been focused in the private sector, where he has worked on a wide variety of residential development applications. He also provides planning advice to community groups and others.
In my interview with Sean, we discuss how a city’s policies around urban planning influences the type of homes that are built, what could cities be doing better from an urban planning standpoint to help make real estate more affordable and what could all levels of government be doing to help put shovels in the ground faster for new homes.
